Personal recommendations
Birthstone uses a month; zodiac uses the sign you choose. Birthday stones and Five Elements use the birth details entered on their respective forms. Those details travel to our calculation service to produce your reading. We do not save the original birth date or chart as an account record, and they are not included in a design link or an analytics event.
A personal reading stays in the current page session. You can download a text copy; that copy excludes the original birth date and chart facts. Closing or refreshing the session may remove the reading.
Your design and this device
Your browser may keep the current working draft in local storage so you can return to it on this device. You can remove it by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser settings.
A saved design link contains jewellery choices such as materials, order, metal colour and size. It contains no email, birthday or personal message. Anyone with the link can open the design, so share it with people you want to see those choices. Files you download remain under your control.
When you contact us about a design
The submission form sends your email address, optional note and design link through Cloudflare to our team’s mailbox. We use this correspondence to discuss your request, materials, pricing and delivery. Submitting does not create an online account, a paid order or a marketing subscription.
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to discuss the design and deal with related questions. When that purpose has ended, we review whether the correspondence is still needed and delete it when it is not. This is a manual process; the website does not run an automatic mailbox deletion service.
You can ask us to delete an enquiry by emailing [email protected] from the address you used, preferably with its submission reference. We may need to check that the request is yours. If a later transaction requires particular records to be kept, we will explain that separately rather than treat this enquiry form as an order.
Website measurements
When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits, referring sites and technical page performance. Optional first-party event counts help us understand whether visitors start a design, copy a design link, open the submission form, and whether a submission is forwarded or fails. These counts use event and jewellery-type labels, with no names, birth details, email addresses, notes or saved-design codes. They are counts of actions, not identified people.
We do not add advertising cookies or a personal identifier for these measurements. Cloudflare processes technical connection information to operate and protect the service; its privacy policy explains its own processing. Measurement failures do not prevent you from designing.
Questions and choices
You can use the product library and design manually without providing birth details. Contact us at the address above to ask about an enquiry, request a correction or request deletion. We will respond to the request using the information needed to identify the relevant correspondence.
